Alhambra Palace
Around a one and a half hour drive from Malaga Train Station is Granada, the town where the world famous Alhambra Palace stands. This impressive building, backed by the snow-topped peaks of the Sierra Nevada, is a must-see. From the top, enjoy incredible views of the Old Moorish Quarter and the Caves of Sacromonte. The town also has a selection of shops and traditional restaurants, so there’s plenty on offer.
Osuna
A daytrip to the town of Osuna is well worth it. Just a 90-minute drive from Malaga Train Station via the A-45 and A-92, it boasts many sights – from impressive churches, to baroque mansions and historic monuments. One of the most outstanding attractions is Colegiata de Santa Maria de la Asuncion, home to an extensive collection of fine art and a terrace offering stunning town views.
