We understand that looking after a hire car is not a responsibility to be taken lightly. That's why we'll complete a Vehicle Condition Report form for you to inspect and agree the condition of the vehicle before you begin your journey. This will then be cross-checked with your vehicle upon its return to assess any potential damage.

Offering you peace of mind, this process ensures we will have an accurate record of your vehicle's condition before and after your rental.

Anything else I should know?

You will receive the Vehicle Condition Report outlining the condition of your vehicle before you leave the hire station.

Please be sure to keep your copy for when you return the vehicle.

What if I damage my hire car?

We appreciate accidents happen. In the unfortunate event you're inolved in one, your Vehicle Condition Report form includes a section on the back that spells out what to do.

Once the emergency services have been contacted and everyone involved has been taken care of, please complete the form, recording as much information as possible to describe the events.
